We need your Help 

A lot of work has already been done for the festival by the planning group – now is the opportunity for many more people to become involved

General volunteers

Dozens of general volunteers will be needed for various tasks such as:-

• General stewarding
• Distributing publicity leaflets to houses
• Handing out publicity leaflets in the High Street
• Welcoming people and collecting tickets
• Directing people to the re:fresh venue from car parks and the town centre
• Selling tickets
• Helping those with special needs
• Staffing the information point
• And more!!!

Necessary training will be given during June and early July by our Festival Managers SAND consulting.

We are also looking for a lead volunteer or co-ordinator from each Church and group – please tell us if you would consider this.

Technical volunteers

We will need a number of experienced technical volunteers to assist the professionals in each of the following areas:-

• Lighting
• Sound
• Stage management

Technical guidance on working with professionals will be given during June and early July by our Festival Managers SAND consulting.

Other Skills

You may have other skills or experience, not mentioned above, which would be valuable to The Festival - we would be pleased to hear from you.
